Consent to Personal Data Publication and Processing
In accordance with part 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (section VII “Rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization”), as well as the requirements of Article 9 of the Federal Law of September 27, 2006 no. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” submitted articles must be accompanied by a license agreement on the transfer of non-exclusive copyright to the Founder of the journal and Consent to personal data publication and processing.
